Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • We offer a standard shipping option with a delivery time of 5-8 business days.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or internationally

Delays and Issues:

  • If there are any significant delays in your order’s shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.
  • In the event that your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time, please contact our customer service team at properinnovationsllc@gmail.com for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package was lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
