Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
- We offer a standard shipping option with a delivery time of 5-8 business days.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Locations:
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or internationally
Delays and Issues:
- If there are any significant delays in your order’s shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.
- In the event that your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time, please contact our customer service team at properinnovationsllc@gmail.com for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package was lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
